I always thought that realtors are the same! Mr. Le proved to me that whether you are selling or purchasing real estate, your realtor makes a huge difference. Allison was very helpful in purchasing my first home. I had a lot of needs/wants and she was able to provide several examples of homes that were best for me. When putting in an offer on the house I now own, she was able to suggest a price that was competitive and fair. Negotiations blew my mind - I bought my house below asking AND got a new roof at no expense to me. Closing was a pretty painless process as well.
