I wanted to relocated from Dallas to Fort Worth for a change of scenery. Kathryn worked tirelessly to find me the perfect place to call home. She listened to my wish list and sent me only valid properties for consideration. After viewing the various properties with me, she then worked with the property management and negotiated the best deal possible. I would recommend Kathryn to anyone who is looking to buy, sell or lease! If you are lucky, you might walk away with a new friend as I did.

Tracy has a "can-do" attitude and much knowledge as a realtor. She was friendly, was able to answer all our questions, and provided cleaners and a handy man to prepare the house when we were no longer able to do it ourselves. Then she listed the home and had 3 wonderful offers within days. Even though she was working on several listings at the same time, she met with us several times and sailed through the paper work. We HIGHLY recommend her and you will be glad you hired her.
