The communication style was good,every stage of the business was well explained and well understood with alots of clarifications where there was any doubt or need be and with alots of transparency during the buying process.My agent is very intelligent when it comes to the market knowledge with excellent customer services and alots of respect from him.When it comes to negotiation skills and professionalism,I will say he is great.

Laura assisted us in a two day house hunt that resulted in our purchased or the perfect house. Two and a half years later we found, because of our age and financial situation, could not maintain this home. However, I did not want to sell the home for a couple of months. Laura suggested listing the house and delaying the closing date. As soon as we did, the house sold in ONE day, AND the buyers were willing to wait for my desired close date, and offered more than our asking price. It was nothing short of amazing!!!
