This was our second time working with Marcy, and we truly couldn’t recommend her enough! Our family has known Marcy for many years, and she has always been wonderful to work with. For our most recent home purchase, Marcy went above and beyond by helping us get an opportunity to see a home that was not even on the market yet. She helped us navigate the entire process and was an excellent negotiator. She was able to help us secure the home we really wanted without pushing us beyond what we were comfortable paying. She was fair and strategic in negotiating the price, while also asking for concessions and a few additional items that were important to us.
