Market knowledge, negotiation skill, and professionalism are all beyond excellent. She also did a lot of the sellers agent's job for her to keep the deal moving forward. I've never seen an agent be that driven before. And, I've seen a lot of agents, I was a commercial banker for 22 years and never encountered anyone like her.
