You can't ask someone to be more responsive then to anticipate your needs before you have figured out what's next for yourself. That's what Lacy did, she new what I needed next before I did. Market knowledge, negotiation skill, and professionalism are all beyond excellent. She also did a lot of the sellers agent's job for her to keep the deal moving forward. I've never seen an agent be that driven before. And, I've seen a lot of agents, I was a commercial banker for 22 years and never encountered anyone like her.
