Mrs. Elisa Willis was a exceptional real estate agent and tremendous asset to us. From the beggining it was evident that she was not just in it for the profit by transcending all our expectations and always having superb costumer service skills. Her generosity was outstanding as she dealt with not just the repairs but also speaking with the subs and lenders. She handled all the extra fine details and made the daunting task of buying a house unequivocally without stress. We probably made things more difficult for Stella, because we were an all cash buyer and we did not want realtor representation. We were also an out of town buyer so we negotiated a price prior to arriving two days later. Stella did a great job communicating back and forth with us and the seller. The home description was spot on and drew our excitement. Also, the pics and staging was very professional. The home was also priced right in the present market. The sale was a little more complicated due to the personal items up for sale. Stella allowed us to negotiate directly with the seller on the personal items, which we appreciated very much. Stella was able to keep both parties satisfied even though the closing took longer than usual due to the seller building a new home and us not wanting to move until the fall. She continued to stay on top of all paperwork and deadlines. The title company she utilizes was top notch as well. Overall, this was a very good experience.

This agent not only helped me sell my property, that was impossible to obtain financing on, but was able to sell it above list and appraisal value and find a lending option for the buyer through an unconventional way to get the transaction completed and everyone happy. I have never seen such amazing negotiation techniques that were so carefully mapped out and discussed with me prior to presenting them to the other agent. DO NOT INTERVIEW ANOTHER AGENT WITHOUT TALKING TO TRAVIS FIRST OR YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SANITY!!!

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process. I am also OK with talking to anyone considering using Lisa if more information is needed. Thanks Lisa.
