Crystal helped the reviewer buy this property

We truly could not have asked for a better realtor!

From helping us sell our previous home a couple of months ago to helping us officially close on our new home today, she has been absolutely incredible every step of the way! Crystal provided clear suggestions of home improvements to make our home sell at the value we wanted and was able to have our house under contract in under a month! The overall sale process was simple and smooth. Purchasing our new home was a little more complicated than your typical home-buying experience since it was a foreclosure, but she went above and beyond to navigate all the extra steps, answer our questions, and make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her dedication, communication, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. And as if she hadn’t already done enough, she surprised us on closing day with the sweetest, most thoughtful gifts! A custom balloon arrangement spelling out “HOME,” garage door openers and a keypad, and even brand-new keys to our new house! 🥹🏡 It’s those little (and not-so-little!) gestures that show just how much she genuinely cares about the families she helps. Buying and selling a home can be stressful, but having someone so knowledgeable, dependable, and thoughtful in your corner makes all the difference. She didn’t just help us buy and sell houses — she helped us close one chapter and begin an exciting new one for our family. We are beyond grateful for everything she’s done for us and cannot recommend her enough! If you’re looking for a realtor who will truly go the extra mile and treat you like more than just another transaction, she is your girl! ❤️
