Stacy was responsive, excellent communication and coordination.

I have to say at looking at over 30 houses in three days. curly was an amazing agent to work with showed us all the in and out of each home even took us back a second time on some of the homes that we were just not quite sure of. If in the future we go to sell the home we bought we would definitely be using them to sell our home. They were such an amazing company to work with.

From the first meeting, Stacy was organized, professional, and compassionate to our needs. She helped us efficiently navigate the process of preparing the house for sale and negotiating with buyers. She sold our home in the first week it was listed and negotiated shrewdly on our behalf. I can’t say enough about her expert handling of everything associated with the sale. Choosing Stacy as our agent was the best decision and everything after that was a breeze!

Working with Heather W at Winchester and Smith Realty was an “above and beyond” experience. I have worked with several other realtors in the past and none of them provided the level of attention that she did. From making all of the necessary appointments to providing services left off on the part of the seller, she made purchasing this property easier than I dreamed. Her accessibility and communication were timely, proactive, and helpful. I highly recommend this team for any real estate need you may have.

They demonstrated thorough knowlege of the housing market and made fact based recommendations about pricing and marketing. Open houses were scheduled strategically. They went above and beyond their duties in making sure the prospective buyer's questions were answered. They referred other companies such as movers and estate sale experts that provided excellent service. It would have been extremely difficult to find them on our own. They were total pros in meaningvof the word. And they were a joy to work with.

Heather and Heather were a wonderful and informed team. Extremely communicative. They had great ideas and input. They made an investment in us with their time, effort, and attention to detail. I have worked with close to a dozen realtors in my lifetime and they definitely stand out above the rest.
