She definitely earned her commission with us, and went above and beyond our expectations of what a selling realtor would do. Our 40 year old house needed foundation work and some updating. Brandee recommended firms for each of those jobs. She used her contacts and influence, and got us moved up in the schedule of the foundation company, which helped us get our house on the market sooner. She also suggested specific remodeling updates for us to make, which would help get our house sold without breaking our wallet.
