We felt that Amy showed strong marketing knowledge and knew the system well to manipulate through it all to get you your best chance with a market now that is so bad for the seller. Communication was good but we wished it could have been more frequently just for encouragement and not wanting to give up….her negotiating skills very good and again showed us she was pulling for us and wanted to try her best to get things where we wanted them. We thought initially getting a different realtor but we both agreed she really was the best option for the sell of our home.
