I have been buying and selling real estate for most of my life. There are those that you hire that just do their job and those that go above and beyond. Carolyn is one of those people. Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.

I met Cerita Loftis approximately 8 years ago when she helped me find the rental I’ve lived in since. It’s in a much desirable, best kept affordable secret in Flower Mound TX. Over the past 8 years, Cerita Loftis has always sent me a thoughtful reminder, like a recipe calendar, to let me know that she was on the ready whenever I needed her services. That always warmed my heart - for 8 years, wow! Who did I call, when it was time to buy my forever home? You guessed it - Cerita Loftis who sent me a special yearly reminder that she was there for me if I was in need of her real estate expertise. Cerita Loftis is a gem. She’s the real estate agent that’s on the job to answer your questions 24/7. After the home I live in was struck by lightning, I decided it was time to move NOW. Cerita Loftis realized my immediate need. I know she has other clients, but she made me feel special like I was the only one in the world. Cerita Loftis created and fine tuned the search engine helping me to narrow it down to the city and neighborhood I chose to buy my forever home in. Although I tried not to call Cerita Loftis in the evenings, she always made herself available. Cerita Loftis was always available by text and email as well. She sent me reminders of deadlines I had to meet throughout the closing process. I hate emails and barely read texts. However, a text from Cerita Loftis meant I needed to review something or take some action. For me, that was wonderful and I’m thankful for it. Cerita Loftis made the process of home buying easy and simple from start to finish. I thank Cerita Loftis for helping me find the most beautiful and perfect forever home EVER!
