He is very profesional

Kara is the best realtor my family has ever met! Kara has sold us one home and listed and sold two homes for us, one of them being 2.5 hours away from her! When a tree went through the ceiling of our home a week before we were scheduled to close on its sale, Kara navigated communications with the buyers and their realtor so well that the closing was only postponed by about 3.5 weeks, so repairs could be completed on the home. When we had any questions or concerns, Kara was able to answer everything with certainty and always responded very quickly. We entered every negotiation with confidence knowing that Kara had our best interests as her utmost priority. I could not recommend working with Kara enough and truly believe you couldn’t find a better agent. The care and time that she takes with each interaction truly makes you feel like her only client, though that’s far from true! She really is awesome.

Brianna wells was absolutely amazing. We was first time home buyers and very picky. She put in the time and effort and found us exactly what we was looking for!! She made the whole process easy and fast. My wife and I can’t say enough good things about Brianna and Coldwell Banker. We highly recommend her to find the home of your dreams!!!

The day we met Marty, she immediately made us feel like family. Every showing, every appointment was always on our time, she always made sure to accommodate us. Even when she was unavailable, she made herself available. Even when we drug her along to seven different houses in a day, on multiple occasions, she never got impatient with us or lost her charm, and she always told us that the process was about what we wanted and never tried to pressure us for a sale. We would hire Marty a million times over again.
