We were looking for land and met Chris 1.5 years ago while looking (my wife and I are a 1000 miles away). He went out of his way to look at parcels we had found on-line, he took videos, walked the properties and gave us his opinion on the pros and cons of those parcels. During that time he kept in touch, notified us of any he had found and treated us like we were buying a million dollar home not a 5 acre lot. We would Highly recommend Chris to anyone in the market.

WOW!!! My wife and I feel very lucky to have found Melissa and fortunate enough to rely on her experience and expertise during the process. We were in Tennessee for a conference, visited friends, and in the process of them showing us around their neighborhood, we decided to take a look at some homes that were for sale. On a Saturday evening, we were able to engage with Melissa and in very short order (a matter of hours), she set up multiple showings (on a Sunday!) of the houses we had interest in. She is very knowledgeable about the processes, had all the resources, referrals and recommendations needed to keep us moving forward. Larry was great to work with. We had to move back to WI because of wife's Cancer treatment and surgery. So, he took care of the home and check on it many times since it was empty. 3 days before our closing a major storm hit and did damage to the home by pulling a big tree down which miss the home but did take the electric riser and power box down and damage a part of the gutter. This cause us over $5000 to fix and on top of that it cause the dishwasher and stove to be replace which cause us more dollars. He knew this would cause us hardship so he decided to reduce his commission down so that the closing could still go on and we didn't have to bring dollars to closing. With the Cancer treatments and the cost there, it was one last thing to worry about, if anybody needs a Contractor too. Contact Gary at G2G Home Improvement because he also helped on the cost.
