Since we were buying a home in a state we never even visited, it was very important to us that we work with an agent with integrity, ethics and values.  Jim was recommended to us by a family member who also enjoyed the value of Jim’s experience and knowledge of the area.  We began with exchanged emails and phone conversations and worked with Jim over a four month period to find the right community and home for us.
