Since we were buying a home in a state we never even visited, it was very important to us that we work with an agent with integrity, ethics and values.  Jim was recommended to us by a family member who also enjoyed the value of Jim’s experience and knowledge of the area.  We began with exchanged emails and phone conversations and worked with Jim over a four month period to find the right community and home for us. Throughout that time, Jim supplied us with various listing and educated us on the various areas and neighborhoods around the radius point of Knoxville, giving us the pros and cons as we looked at homes. As retirees, access to medical care and facilities is an important factor and Jim was a great help on that topic. Jim was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It doesn't seem possible to say enough nice things about Jim, he deserves every good word, and I fear I might not recall every perfect word I could be using. I can honestly say, it was a great joy to speak with him on every phone call. I was in the difficult position of selling my father's home after Dad passed. Jim helped me in so many ways, from small to large. The main challenge is that I live in NC, and 90 minutes away from the home, but Jim was there for me, literally. He knew the market and the culture of home sales in the area, and that made a huge difference. Jim is the kind of person who easily becomes your loyal friend. Someone who can laugh at the funny stuff, see your point of view, and make the whole experience light and easier. I could not have gone through the emotional experience of selling our family's home without him, and am so grateful that Jim came into our lives in this way. I am especially impressed by Jim's incredible listening skills and his thoughtful advice. My only regret is that I just had one property to sell in Tennessee... and that is really saying something, because I dreaded the process... but Jim turned that around for me. In the end, everything Jim did for the sale was helpful and effective. And yes, I would 100% work with Jim again, no hesitation.
