Donna is an amazing person to work with always answered the phone or text when we had questions. It was an amazing experience for us as first time home buyers. Would highly recommend.

Donna help me buy my first home. She was extremely helpful with all the necessary steps to make sure I understood the process in finding my home, answering every single question that I had. She was so patient and knowledgeable. So when I went to sell my home I knew that I had to have her as my realtor again. She gave me honest, data-driven pricing advice right from the start and kept me updated after every single showing. Her communication and ability to make you feel reassured and comfortable throughout the entire process was so important to me, she definitely excelled and then some. If you are looking to buy or sell your home, I highly recommend Donna at Baisley Hometown Realty!

Donna was fantastic. She will get it done. Highly recommend. Thank you, Donna:)

Kayla Hahn worked so hard for our family to get our house sold quickly. She communicated with us constantly, keeping us updated. Since we are out of the state, she arranged everything that needed to be completed. From start to finish, everything she did was professional and timely.

Me and my boyfriend were first-time homebuyers, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From the very beginning, she made the entire process feel less overwhelming. She was ready and always took the time to answer every question we had, no matter how small. What meant the most to us was how upfront and transparent she was– she never sugarcoated and made sure we knew everything along the way. Kayla was so friendly and caring that she never even felt like just our realtor. She made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident in every decision we made. Even after everything was finalized, she has continued to check in on us and be so sweet, which truly says a lot about who she is as a person. We are beyond grateful for her and would recommend her to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers. She made such a big milestone in our lives even more special.♥️
