It doesn't seem possible to say enough nice things about Jim, he deserves every good word, and I fear I might not recall every perfect word I could be using. I can honestly say, it was a great joy to speak with him on every phone call. I was in the difficult position of selling my father's home after Dad passed. Jim helped me in so many ways, from small to large. The main challenge is that I live in NC, and 90 minutes away from the home, but Jim was there for me, literally. He knew the market and the culture of home sales in the area, and that made a huge difference. Jim is the kind of person who easily becomes your loyal friend. I had my home for sale on Zillow and Jim contacted me, I had several realtors contacting me but Jim called me personally, he took the time to explain to me why he could help me sell it faster than doing it myself.He never pressured me to use him and went over how he could present it better and how listing it through a realtor would reach a bigger audience.He asked me where I wanted to be in my profit margin and assured me he would hit my target. He always contacted me whenever there was a showing and gave me feedback on what they though and their opinions on why they passed. I felt confident in his knowledge of reality so I let him control the pricing to attract a potential buyer, It took a little longer than we expected since the market was turning but after a few set backs (beyond his control) we finally got a buyer. I never lost confidence in him or his professionalism. I am currently using him to find me some property to one day build .
