Tracey was exceptional! We are very grateful for her efforts on our behalf and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER as an agent to anyone looking for honesty, sincere input, good advice, and fair pricing! She is incredibly knowledgeable of the greater Crossville and larger community area, something that also helped us and will help you. She also markets to other areas which is who ended up buying our house. She took the time to advise us HONESTLY about how we should present our home, how we should price our home, and how soon we should get it on the market! We felt we had a great place to sell, but it needed to be seen that way to the public! Tracey had awesome pictures taken, and it included what we loved and felt others would love about our house. Her online posting generated good interest, and we sold our home on the first day it went live! Tracey was diligent in working with us, honest in all her advice and she was ALWAYS available to answer our questions (of which there were many!!). She took the time to make sure we didn't overprice our home (a pet peeve of ours when people do that!) so that it would sell quickly--and it did! She worked with us throughout the process to make sure we were always updated on any things that we needed to be updated on. She was also quite a fun person to work with! Selling/buying a house is beyond stressful; she always had a good sense of humor and a good word for us. Again, we would highly recommend her if you're looking to sell your home or buy a home. You will not regret it!

This is the second home we have sold with Tracey and she goes the extra mile to get your home shown. When we sold our home on Mountain View Drive in 2020 we had 2 offers after only 6 days on the market. Now, our home in Stonehenge Villas had 6 showings the first day on the market, 2 the following day, and the next day she presented two offers to us.
