I had quite a bit of hesitation because of past home issues and a list of musts. I really needed someone knowledgeable in my needs and Danielle was on it and so helpful. She held my hand through the whole process, eased my nerves, was never pushy or sales-y, she wanted me to be happy with my big purchase! Communication, service were wonderful. I'll be in this home a while but when I'm ready to sell, I'll be using Danielle again. Cannot recommend her enough!

David and his team were excellent with guiding us through the sale of our first home. He managed every detail and made sure we understood the process from the start. He has all the right pieces in place so our listing got the most exposure to potential buyers. When our listing went live, we had 5 offers in the first 48 hours! I do believe this was due to David’s expertise with having the right pictures taken, a great staging company, and recommending things we could do to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. From listing to close, the whole process was less than a month. I will go back to David in the future for our next selling or purchasing experience.
