We got our new home for below asking price, a great feat given the current home buying climate, and then we asked for her help once more in selling our condo and she got us MORE than our asking price! At every step over the years, she's gone above and beyond for us, and it's been amazing getting to watch her work. She's an expert in her field for sure, and I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Sherrill is a wonderful person firstly, and a great real estate agent too. I called her morning, noon and night and she was always ready to help or give words of encouragement! She has lots of experience and it shows in the way she handles dealing with anything relating to buying or selling a home. If I choose to sell and buy elsewhere later on- I will call her first thing!
