We decided to use Kevin even though he was the listing agent. We was not bias towards either party in the transaction. Buying a lot unseen, we had a lot of questions and asked him several times to confirm what I was seeing on the web, to be accurate. He went out of his way several times to make this deal happen and we are thrilled with the deal. After making a road trip to see the property, it was just as he described and was shown in his photos.
