We conducted our purchase procedure over e-mail and Kimberly answered our questions in a prompt and knowledgeable manner.

David and his team were excellent with guiding us through the sale of our first home. He managed every detail and made sure we understood the process from the start. He has all the right pieces in place so our listing got the most exposure to potential buyers. When our listing went live, we had 5 offers in the first 48 hours! I do believe this was due to David’s expertise with having the right pictures taken, a great staging company, and recommending things we could do to make the house more attractive to potential buyers.
