He was honest with us and those we worked with. Communication was also really great. We’ve had friends who have recently bought/sold houses and after hearing how their agent treated them, I realized even more how great Chad is and a superior agent in the field. We enjoyed working with Ashley. She was always always available to answer our questions in a timely manner. She worked very hard arranging painters and a cleaning crew to make sure the property was in excellent condition before listing our house.
