While Sommer and Ginger were very personable and communicative, we were very aware that the buyers agent was in the same office and we and all the agents were going to the ninth to please the buyer who needed help. We never felt the buyer was trying to work with us on anything and that we were expected to pay all costs, which we did.. We bought our house originally through them and it was a much better experience.

The dream team work together to insure timely communication. I appreciated that they took time to consider our questions and ideas. Always very personable and never make you feel rushed. I highly recommend this company!
