Alan is the best! He was thorough and professional and great to work with. He kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new house came on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games and very patient. After dealing with several other brokers in the area and being disappointed, (as new Tennesseans) we felt lucky to find Alan!

Chris knows this area and the market better than anyone, especially in this tricky market in the niche of RV lots on the Tennessee River. This is clearly his passion, and not just a job. He juggles very well between buyer and seller, communicating very well and frequently, and paying a lot of attention. Chris went above and beyond to help us find property that fit exactly what we wanted.

We were looking for land and met Chris 1.5 years ago while looking (my wife and I are a 1000 miles away). He went out of his way to look at parcels we had found on-line, he took videos, walked the properties and gave us his opinion on the pros and cons of those parcels. During that time he kept in touch, notified us of any he had found and treated us like we were buying a million dollar home not a 5 acre lot. We would Highly recommend Chris to anyone in the market.
