I called Linda and she came out the next day, took pictures, went over the contract to sell our rental property and had it listed online the next afternoon with about 70 or more sites. We had a contract after 39 days! She kept us updated all the way through and we got to sign negotiations on our phones. Quick and easy and closed in just a couple of weeks. It was great doing business with Linda Lipscomb from start to finish We would definitely recommend her to family and friends!

While Sommer and Ginger were very personable and communicative, we were very aware that the buyers agent was in the same office and we and all the agents were going to the ninth to please the buyer who needed help. We never felt the buyer was trying to work with us on anything and that we were expected to pay all costs, which we did.. We bought our house originally through them and it was a much better experience.
