We "met" Juliana over the phone as we live out of state. She went above and beyond through the entire home buying process. We feel as if we are old friends. Her communication is fantastic. If she didn't know the answer to a question, we would have it by the next day, in most instances it was within a couple hours. However, most things we asked, she already have the information ready before we asked the question. She kept us informed almost daily while we were on the hunt for the perfect home. In the end, she delivered. She was very helpful when it came to information about the areas we were looking at, even driving around showing us video:) I would recommend Juilana to anyone looking for a realtor that treats you like family and as if you are the only client they have.

From minute one ,we had a connection ,very personable and easy to work with! was willing to answer all, and I mean ALL of our questions and concerns about properties we were looking at. we meaning my wife and I had whole hearted trust in her, she did multiple video walk throughs with us, we even flew down from Washington state to do walk through on the first house. she is truly a passionate professional that takes pride in her work and is very knowledgeable of the area she has listings as well as the ones that are not her mls. We, my wife and I bought a mini farm in Jackson Tennessee sight unseen,other than zillo pictures and her complete video walk throughs, attention to detail and eye for things not quite right. seriously, this agent ROCKS!
