When we first saw the property on Zillow, we reached out to Dawn, but within a few hours, it was under contract by another potential buyer. We were so sad and gave up, but my husband received a call/text from Dawn and said it was back on the market. We live 3 1/2 hours away, so Dawn was willing to Facetime us and do a walk-through of the home... With her guidance and expertise, we were able to make an offer and secure the property with a deposit, and was contingent upon our viewing of the property and an inspection. While making arrangements to physically get to the property, Dawn was our eyes and ears.
