After having our home in Loudoun County listed for nearly a year with another Realtor, we made the decision to relist with Lisa Sinclair. And nothing about our experience with her was anything like what we experienced earlier. Lisa has a well-developed process to market a home to other Realtors, to agents who represent buyers. And it's effective. She also has a process for preparing a solid pricing analysis, and then to provide pricing guidance. And her processes work. Lisa's process took only three weeks to attract a pair of competing offers. After several rounds of competitive bidding, we ended with an above-asking-price offer, few contingencies, and a very short escrow period. It was the best outcome for which we could have hoped. In short, Lisa delivers on what she promises. We can recommend her without any hesitation whatever.
