Carla was willing to represent us and her seller client because of our extensive 40 plus years of real estate experience as buyers, sellers, and mortgage lenders. We quickly agreed on an offer we believed the seller would take and she presented it professionally and we had a deal. Her follow thru has been outstanding all the way through the closing. She is one of the best realtors we have ever used and is highly recommended.

Dawn Moats was wonderful to work with. She is a lovely person who made a big real estate sale much easier than it might have otherwise been. She is very professional and responsive and is talented at talking clients of the ledge when things get stressful ( which they will ). I very much enjoyed working with Dawn to the point where she is handling another real estate transaction for me.
