Upon making the decision to sell our home, we spoke with a few realtors. This was after doing some online research and looking at other reviews. The reviews on local boards for Misty were stellar so she was a candidate for our business. Other agents didn't make the cut after explaining our plans/situation. We chose Misty for her enthusiasm, record, work ethic, and communication skills. Once the house was listed it was off to the races and our house had numerous showings. Shortly thereafter, we had an offer and were in negotiations. The entire process, although stressful, went smoothly with the help of Misty. We couldn't be more thrilled with our choice in Misty to help guide us into the next chapter in our life. We can't recommend her enough! Dawn Moats was wonderful to work with. She is a lovely person who made a big real estate sale much easier than it might have otherwise been. She is very professional and responsive and is talented at talking clients of the ledge when things get stressful ( which they will ).
