It has been an amazing journey working with Carla. She has been patient while we searched for THE one, the house that checked all my boxes and felt like home. She has impressive knowledge of the local market and makes it all sound like music with her beautiful Tennessee accent. She made kindness and firmness seem like they go together naturally and responded quickly to every request, while staying on top of every timeline and inspection detail getting us to the closing table. Carla treated me like family, and I am grateful as I sip coffee in my new home with a view.

When we went to buy our house, we were our own realtor, and Carla helped us out. The sellers were hard to deal with, and Carla was the middle man for us. This led to the curtains and curtain rods being taken by the sellers along with the house being left a mess, but Carla kindly helped us out with getting new curtains. Even through the whole process, Carla was very genuine and kindly answered all our questions.
