Amy met with us and listened to our needs. She answered questions and gave us quotes on sales of homes in the area. Very professional and hard working. A lot of the communication was done by email which unfortunately I would find in my junk mail. I would have preferred a call especially when there was important information to look at in my email. Amy worked hard to show the house, but communication could have been better with closing details after offer accepted.

Xavier has helped us sell 2 homes so far. In a market where homes are sitting for 30-45 days, ours went under contract in under 2 weeks on one and the same day it was listed on another! He has been on top of things we didn’t even see coming and has excellent customer service. I recommend him to anyone!!!

Xavier was everything we could have hoped for and more in a realtor (who also quickly became a friend). With being first time home buyers came a lot of nervousness and uncertainty — especially since we were moving from out of state — but Xavier made us feel at peace throughout the entire process and transition.
