Just got done with a 30-day closing with Jamie and Ken and they were fabulou! We came to Knoxville and had less than 10 days to find our dream home. Goal accomplished! Google only allows a 5 out of 5 stars but Jamie and Ken deserve 10 out of 10. My boyfriend and I are fleeing Virginia and moving to Tennessee, we had been trying for a couple of years to find a realtor/mortgage lender but no one would work with us because neither of us had jobs in Tennessee yet. I reached out to my buddy Brian Yoder who works for the Realty One office in Winchester, VA and he got me in touch with Jamie. I explained our situation and she immediately jumped into action! Once we had our pre approval lined up and ready, Jamie and Ken didn’t hesitate to start showing us possible options. Despite living over 6 hours away, every time my boyfriend and I saw a house we liked, Jamie and Ken quickly got us not only all the available information but video tours as well. They went above and beyond trying to ensure we knew exactly what issues each house had. Unfortunately due to the market it took us longer to find a house than we anticipated but that didn’t stop Jamie and Ken from helping us. After a year of watching so many houses go pending before we could make an offer, we have FINALLY gone to closing!! Buying a house can be stressful, especially if you are buying in a completely different state, but having Jamie and Ken on our side made the whole thing worth it.

Friendly and knowledgeable, they showed up from day one armed with statistics and a solid game plan for the successful sale of our home. They also offer realistic views and honest advice. Even when circumstances could seem uncertain at times, they kept a cool head and continued to press forward in a positive manner. If could give me stars I would. I can’t begin to say just how amazing Ken and Jamie are. They are great people both inside and out. They work so hard for their customers. Every step of the the way through finding our house they were right there. No matter what time it was or what was going on they responded immediately. I would highly recommend them to every person selling or buying a home. Will forever refer everyone we know to them. Thank you guys so much.
