From start to finish, Vick was the epitome of what a good real estate agent should be. He took account of the fact I would have to travel from hours away to look at homes, and set appointments for me accordingly. He found me a great home and kept the stress to a minimum.
Vick Dyer, Wow how to start this out. Fantastic to work with..... Vick, worked with my wife and I and learned exactly what we were looking for. We moved to this area from TX. While moving our stuff from there to here, we were locating prospective houses to look at. Vick took the time in several cases to actually go and look at the place before I arrived and assessed the property we asked about. In almost (except the 1 we bought) case there were things wrong with the house that he knew would cause us to reject the property He was extremely patient with us in our search. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of all the areas we searched. He spotted potential problems (ie. future long term road construction, flood areas road noise etc) and made us aware before we went out and looked at the property there fore saving his time and mine. Vick knows the process, and he knows the right people to help with any part of the process. He was very prompt in responding to any communication ( questions or places we wanted to look at). I cannot say enough good things about Vick and the process we went thru to get our forever home. Out of a 5 star rating i would give him an 11. It was indeed a pleasure working with him.
