As a very knowledgeable customer, I trust Bill’s ability to not only find a customer, but to make sure every document is prepared properly to ensure the sale is moving forward. From the open houses, to follow up info, to marketing fact sheets, he earns his fee. Not one of those Hypsters, that just sits back waiting for another agent to do all the work. He has become a business partner of sorts, a trusted friend, an excellent communicator. You will not regret using Bill in either buying or selling a property. No Slick Willie here, I would recommend Bill Leith to anyone, anytime, anywhere……. Fred Hans

My husband and I knew selling our condo and finding our “ forever home” was going to be a stressful & tiresome process…this wasn’t our “first rodeo” and we were dreading the effort. But, as luck would have it, we met Bill at an open house and instantly knew that was not going to be the case! From start to finish, Bill was personable, professional, proactive, responsive, organized, patient, and genuinely supportive of us through our journey. Not only did Bill demonstrate an exceptional knowledge of the market and provide guidance without pressure, he carefully listened to what we were looking for. Even as what we thought we wanted evolved during the search, Bill remained committed to working with us and he went above and beyond in our search! What truly set Bill apart was the level of dedication and personal attention he gave to us and his other clients. It never felt “transactional” or that he was hurrying us along to get to the next customer/deal - it felt like we had someone fully invested in helping us make the best decisions possible. As we talked about what we hoped for with this new home - envisioning family and friends gathered, grandchildren playing on the lawn, quiet moments on the porch, surrounded by nature, we could see and feel Bill’s determination to make that a real reality for us! Bill supported our offer and skillfully negotiate it a mutually beneficial deal. Always the gentleman, Bill made this a comfortable and inspiring process. In selling our existing residence, he gave us excellent advice on pricing staging and WOW marketing and helped us to secure a quick sale on our terms. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and super thankful that we also gained a friend and a “neighbor” through this process. We would highly recommend Bill Leith to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Offers his opinion on various pricing and showing options but lets us decide on the final course of action after considering all alternatives. Excellent on the give and take on contract negotiations that will result in a win-win for the buyer/seller. He understands the dynamic of the Tellico Village Real Estate market and the national economic impact it had on this neighborhood during the 4Q 2025.

Leza was absolutely everything we needed and was looking for in a real estate agent. She was so knowledgeable in the areas we were looking for in a home. She knew a good priced home for us when one came on the market, and stayed within the price range we were looking for. We moved to Tennessee from out of state, so it was difficult for us to come out as often as we wanted to find our new home. When our house sold and we needed to find a new home fast, we were not able to get to Tennessee to search again, so the house we picked out on line Leza went to see it for us, facetimed us with a video call, and even was there in our place for the inspection. We fully trust her. She is extremely professional, prompt in returning a call, does her research, and follows through. She is reliable and we will hire her again when or if the time comes for us to relocate in Eastern Tennessee. We highly recommend Leza Barnard!

Leza went above and beyond during our 1 year search for a home near Knoxville. Leza is awesome to work with.

Leza kept in great contact. I was selling from out of state, and she did so much leg work for me. If work needed to be done she arranged it. Could not us for a better agent!

This is the second house we’ve purchased and had Chris as our realtor! He is absolutely the best around! He was available every time we were interested in viewing a house, responsive, very knowledgeable, and truly made buying a house less stressful. He’s upfront and honest and we always felt like he was looking out for our best interest! Chris is very family oriented as well which was great for us considering we have four kids. With four kids looking at houses can get a little chaotic but it was never an issue with Chris. He always made it a blast and the kids absolutely love him! I have recommended Chris to multiple people and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a realtor, I promise he is your guy!

Crystal was great! Kept us updated and absolutely went the extra mile. I would definitely use her services again and she has our highest recommendation! Bravo Zulu!

I can’t say enough about Crystal. I had a difficult and lengthy sale and she was on top of it the whole way. She assisted in every possible way she could going above and beyond. If there was a “Going the Extra Mile” award I would nominate her. She is the epitome of Southern Hospitality at its finest. Just ask my neighbor-Crystal sold her house as well!!!!
