Bill was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication and professionalism was top notch. He went out of his way to do things to make the sale happen that most agents probably wouldn't have done. Always made himself available when needed. He was always looking out for us as the seller.

We met Bill at an open house, he was very knowledgeable about his listing. Our purchase process took several months and Bill helped every step of the way, keeping us informed with ongoing changes. Nice we had an accepted contract, Bill provided us with several local contractors to handle small projects that needed handling. He was a tremendous resource, especially with the fact that we were not familiar with the area. Throughout the whole process, Bill was super respectful of our needs and situation and always had the best interest of his seller in mind while still helping us, the buyers. The best recommendation we can give regarding Bill is that if we were to ever sell our new home in the future, Bill will be our agent.
