We met Bill at an open house, he was very knowledgeable about his listing. Our purchase process took several months and Bill helped every step of the way, keeping us informed with ongoing changes. Nice we had an accepted contract, Bill provided us with several local contractors to handle small projects that needed handling. He was a tremendous resource, especially with the fact that we were not familiar with the area. Throughout the whole process, Bill was super respectful of our needs and situation and always had the best interest of his seller in mind while still helping us, the buyers. The best recommendation we can give regarding Bill is that if we were to ever sell our new home in the future, Bill will be our agent.

Bill emailed listings of homes almost daily for us to view that we might be interested in. They were all in our price range and met certain specifications. It only took us a few weeks to find a home we loved! Bill was very patient with us, answering all questions honestly. He walked us through each step making our transition with the selling of our old home to buying the new one.
