Offers his opinion on various pricing and showing options but lets us decide on the final course of action after considering all alternatives. Excellent on the give and take on contract negotiations that will result in a win-win for the buyer/seller. He understands the dynamic of the Tellico Village Real Estate market and the national economic impact it had on this neighborhood during the 4Q 2025.

Bill was very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Communication and professionalism was top notch. He went out of his way to do things to make the sale happen that most agents probably wouldn't have done. Always made himself available when needed. He was always looking out for us as the seller.
