I had previously listed my home with another realtor and was disappointed with the lack of progress. Bill had been recommended to me so I contacted him to discuss my listing. He met with me quickly and really listened to what I had to say. He makes suggestions based on his years of experience and knowledge of the industry. Bill is a 'take charge' type of person and that is what I wanted. I had confidence in his abilities and trusted that he would help me make the best decisions. When I disagreed or didn't understand something, Bill was always patient to walk me through it step by step and gave me time to process any decision. My home began showing immediately. Within 3 days I received an offer. We ended up with multiple offers and Bill was able to help me determine the best one for my situation. I highly recommend Bill Hall for any real estate transaction. He was easy to work with, always quick to respond and pleasant. You won't be sorry when you choose Bill.
