Two things stand out. She is always reachable — texts answered nights and weekends, and we never once had to chase her. And she knows Signal Mountain and the market cold, which is exactly what made both of these deals possible. Sarah is our realtor for future transactions for sure.

Mr. Barefoot purchased my home and made a very generous offer despite its extensive damage and required repair work.
