Two things stand out. She is always reachable — texts answered nights and weekends, and we never once had to chase her. And she knows Signal Mountain and the market cold, which is exactly what made both of these deals possible. Sarah is our realtor for future transactions for sure.

Carrie was the sweetest, most up front, honest, and professional agent. Very quick to respond, kept us in the loop, she always had our backs and was very very helpful. It was our first time buying a house but she made sure we were comfortable and fully understood everything. Diane is absolutely the BEST! She has exceptional market knowledge. She listened to what we wanted and directed us back to our goals when we had a tendency to feel overwhelmed. She has a keen eye for details. She would notice the little things that would be a source of irritation when actually living in the home.
