My sell was very different in the way that it happened I was gifted a home, this was a very personal sell for me, if it was not for Joanie’s knowledge and compassion to help me through this process I would have been lost, she’s amazing I can not praise her enough.

Diane is absolutely the BEST! She has exceptional market knowledge. She listened to what we wanted and directed us back to our goals when we had a tendency to feel overwhelmed. She has a keen eye for details. She would notice the little things that would be a source of irritation when actually living in the home. Mr. Barefoot purchased my home and made a very generous offer despite its extensive damage and required repair work.
