Carrie was the sweetest, most up front, honest, and professional agent. Very quick to respond, kept us in the loop, she always had our backs and was very very helpful. It was our first time buying a house but she made sure we were comfortable and fully understood everything. Mr. Barefoot purchased my home and made a very generous offer despite its extensive damage and required repair work. He allowed us to stay in it rent-free until we closed on our new home, even though the closing process was delayed. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process and went WAY beyond the call to help us out when we moved. This was much appreciated because we’re disabled senior citizens. He even found a crew who transported our pet potbellied pig after the person we hired pulled a moving-day no-show, and caught and secured a pet kitty who had escaped her carrier. We were able to recover our beloved family member that we feared was lost forever. He is wonderful to deal with in every way, and I highly recommend him to other house sellers and buyers. Your selling process will be painless and there won’t be any unpleasant surprises along the way.

Where do I begin, I first met Teresa eight months ago when, I found a listing online that I liked. She met me at the location and showed me the house and advise me of its flaws. For the next month, I reached out to her multiple times to look at some other houses. She told me she had a friend that was selling her house and she thought we would love it. She was correct. At 9 o’clock at night, she drove with us up to the house and showed us the property. This is where it all began. My house was a contingent sale on the other homeowners. Teresa put in unknown amount of painstaking hours between, sending me documents for me to sign (multiple times) to spending hours at an auction trying to figure out what was going on with the contingent property. She put in many more painstaking hours drafting up more paperwork for me to sign. This process went on for six months, but Teresa did not give up on me. She kept pushing through with a positive attitude and assuring me that she will make it happen. Even on the day of our closing, I had to throw her one last curve ball and what did she do? She hit it out of the park. I can now say she is more than a realtor to me, I do consider her one of my friends. I hope this review gets out to people so they can also see how awesome of a person Teresa is. Update after closing, to show you that she cares about you more then any other realtor does, she bought us a custom door mat with our last name on it and flowers to plant.
