This is where Gabriele made us feel comfortable, answering every questions, addressing every concern, guiding us through all the maze and taking the time to show up the properties and talk us through the process, even on a week-end. Great communicator, good adviser and very responsible agent. Because of that everything was done properly , good documentation, great knowledge, respectful and made you feel like you know him for so long. As a conclusion i do recommend him for any issue/question/transaction related to real estate. He really cares.

We sold a house and built a house using Tad LeFevre. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tad to anyone one buying or selling. He is professional, responsive, and great to have on your team. He was able to bring in more for our home than what I was expecting. During our build he met multiple times with us and the builder. Maybe the most impressive thing about Tad is his communication. Of all the phone calls and emails I sent him, he would either answer right away or get back within an hour or so. That's a big deal to me as some relators struggle getting back. We'll be using Tad again. He's top tier.
