He was able to bring in more for our home than what I was expecting. During our build he met multiple times with us and the builder. Maybe the most impressive thing about Tad is his communication. Of all the phone calls and emails I sent him, he would either answer right away or get back within an hour or so. That's a big deal to me as some relators struggle getting back. We'll be using Tad again. He's top tier.
