Robbie lives up to his nickname, "Mr. East Nashville". I actually followed him on social media for a couple of months prior to choosing a realtor, and ultimately his expertise in East Nashville and his background fixing up fixer uppers led me to chose him. He was super quick to respond and meet with me. Immediately had 6 options for me to go see that same afternoon. He could easily tell me what improvements I could make, how much each type of repair would cost, and had contacts to pass along for reliable local handymen/plumbers/electricians/etc. He also negotiated so that the seller paid half of my closing costs. I will absolutely work with him again when I'm ready to buy my next home.

Great communication and experience all the way through. It made so much different to have an agent who I knew I could trust.

Martha is seriously the best! We used Martha when we bought our first home nearly 4 years ago. We couldn’t have got the home without her, and are so appreciate of all her efforts to secure the deal. She checked in regularly and even advocated for us after we moved in and needed repairs on the new construction. Martha is SO easy to work with that we asked her to help us sell and purchase a new home in the Nashville area. Again, she went above and beyond to help us win a bid on the home we wanted. She’s professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly she truly cares about her clients. We highly recommend partnering with Martha!
