Above and beyond. Being relatively new to the Nashville area, Molly and Martha’s team at Six1Five Living far exceeded expectations. After buying my first home, I had an idea of what I was looking for in an agent and their team. Molly and Six1Five Living has it. Starting out the process, a questionnaire and conversation helped concentrate the search and allow for expectations on my end to be reasonably set in terms of neighborhood and budget. In the current market environment that was needed and greatly appreciated. A buyers guide with a wealth of information was also provided and helped sum up the process start to finish. Going in to what ended up being a multi month search (due to my desired house and crazy market), Mollys diligence, patience, and connections made navigating the search an easy one. Her responsiveness to feedback, invaluable insights, and ability to adjust the search parameters on the fly helped land me a great house in an awesome location. Martha is seriously the best! We used Martha when we bought our first home nearly 4 years ago. We couldn’t have got the home without her, and are so appreciate of all her efforts to secure the deal. She checked in regularly and even advocated for us after we moved in and needed repairs on the new construction. Martha is SO easy to work with that we asked her to help us sell and purchase a new home in the Nashville area. Again, she went above and beyond to help us win a bid on the home we wanted. She’s professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly she truly cares about her clients. We highly recommend partnering with Martha!
