Antoinette is professional at all times, knowledgeable of the industry, open to lines of questions! Excellent customer service and very tactful with delicate conversations. Because of her industry experience she shared different plausible scenarios involving the sale of my home, and because I am a detailed person, that was comforting for me. Never did she appear to tire of my questions always maintaining great communication about her availability and followed up in a timely manner. While I was aware I was not her only client, she made me feel like the expeditious sale of my home was her top priority . I experienced delays with repair and upgrades I wanted to do, and she was there to assist with vendor recommendations as I was not local for this whole process. She even met contractors at the home to do work or review estimates. I would say she exceeded my expectations but moreover I can see her passion for the work she does- so it’s really not over and beyond- it’s who she is! One superior AGENT! I do look forward to working with her again on other real estate project.
