Because of her industry experience she shared different plausible scenarios involving the sale of my home, and because I am a detailed person, that was comforting for me. Never did she appear to tire of my questions always maintaining great communication about her availability and followed up in a timely manner. While I was aware I was not her only client, she made me feel like the expeditious sale of my home was her top priority . I experienced delays with repair and upgrades I wanted to do, and she was there to assist with vendor recommendations as I was not local for this whole process. She even met contractors at the home to do work or review estimates. I would say she exceeded my expectations but moreover I can see her passion for the work she does- so it’s really not over and beyond- it’s who she is! One superior AGENT!
