I closed in March and wrote a review in April not sure why I'm being asked to do it again.

Casey and his team were wonderful! Best experience we have ever had with a Realtor. They were extremely informative, available and made sure our home sale as well as our new home purchase went very smoothly. Their communication and keeping everyone coordinated was top notch. If you want a Realtor that is very experienced, responsive and knowledgeable with a great team behind them, we recommend them to anyone needing to buy or sell real estate.

My home purchasing process was a bit of a ride. Through it all, Liesel remained with a warm and understanding spirit. I really appreciated how readily available she was to answer all of my questions or provide me with updates. Always just a phone call away! She communicated well and ensured things were moving along accordingly which created a calm reassuring process with my first time purchasing a home.

My sister and I were relocating from Denver, CO and when we found Renee she paved the way for us in Tennessee. We had many set backs with the sale in Colorado. She kept in touch with our sellers realtor in Tennessee and we were finally able to close on the property in Tennessee. From start to finish it took almost 3 months to get the deals done but with her help we succeeded. She is a good realtor and a wonderful person. So many changes had been instituted in the real estate business since we purchased last. Liz educated us on the changes that included the importance of being pre-approved in this current market to be able to make an offer immediately. She explained how different types of properties may need different types of loans and institutions, such as land only to build on vs land with a site built home vs land with a manufactured home. She referred vetted and tried and true resources for loan and insurance agents that she had used previously with good experiences for her clients. Her attention to detail was inspiring and we trusted her completely. Her persistence on the importance of diligence of the home inspections during the contract period actually saved us from purchasing a farm where the well water had been compromised and contaminated by a faulty and broken septic tank. She took care of everything to remove us from the contract. Liz Luckey not only listened to our needs and wants (proximity to son and grandchildren, acreage for 2 horses, one level home, etc) but organized all information for her search to match us with the right properties to look over and visit once we were pre-approved for our loan. Her communication on all levels was exemplary. We NEVER had to wonder or worry about what was going on. When we had questions or concerns she gave us us her full attention to solve and answer with great advice, knowledge and always a smile.
